All programs are delivered through cohort groups and consist of prescribed units (courses) offered in a predetermined sequence that supports the integrated and interdependent development of program competencies. Students are automatically enrolled in the required units and are expected to complete them within the designated program timeframe.

Because the course sequence is fixed, students must progress through their studies in step with their cohort, which is an essential aspect of the program structure.

If a student falls significantly behind in their studies, they may be required to apply to join a subsequent cohort in order to continue the program.

Learning Community

Each cohort forms a closely-knit online learning community in which students learn from one another intellectually, spiritually, and ministerially in ways that influence all areas of life and ministry. In this way, the formative influence of community becomes an essential component of the students’ overall learning experience.
